Access to W3C Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
Official Website of Marine Department Malaysia provides access to W3C Disabled Persons (PWD).

Before you can use this component, you must download the MS SPEECH API . If you are using Windows 2000, it is likely that your system already has these components.
You also need to download at least one SPEECH ENGINE . Speech engine is a "voice" of a man or woman, who will speak in English or other languages.
