We strive to deliver efficient and effective services to shipping communities in order to enhance the safety of the Sea Communication System. We promise the following services.
To verify the eligibility to sit for the examination within 1 week from the date the application is received.
Carry out the auditing process on the ship management company according to the Ship Management System used within a period of three (3) months from the date of the approved audit application until the last deficiency is fully closed.
Process and issue the certificate within 7 working days after the complete application is received.
Ensure availability of the lighthouse at least 99%.
Ensure the availability of beacon base at least 98%.
Ensure the availability of lighted pilot buoys at least 97%.
Process and issue the Ship Registration Certificate within 3 working days after the complete application is received.
