CONFIRMATION OF VESSELS WORKING ON SUNDAY

The Shipping Community is hereby advised that the Shipping Agents who apply for Sunday (Weekly Holiday) Working Permit for vessels under their Agencies are requested to confirm the working of the vessels on Sunday with the Duty Officer at the Port & Shipping Office, 2^nd Floor , Wisma Pelaut , Pulau Pinang before 1200 hrs. on the following day (Monday). If there is no confirmation received within the specified time , the vessels involved will be regarded and listed as working on the day the Permit is issued. An Official Receipt will be issued for the fee paid in advance without further verification.

The Notice will be effective from 1^st. February, 1999.

PENGESAHAN KAPAL-KAPAL BEKERJA PADA HARI AHAD

Masyarakat Perkapalan adalah dinasihatkan bahawa Wakil-Wakil Perkapalan yang memohon untuk Permit Kerja Hari Ahad (Cuti Mingguan) untuk kapal-kapal dibawah Agensi mereka perlu memaklumkan jika kapal-kapal itu bekerja pada hari Permitnya dikeluarkan kepada Pegawai Yang Bertugas di Pejabat Pelabuhan & Perkapalan , Tingkat 2 , Wisma Pelaut , Pulau Pinang sebelum 12.00 tengahari pada hari berikutnya (Hari Isnin) . Sekiranya tiada makluman diberi dalam temoh masa yang ditetapkan , kapal-kapal yang terlibat akan dianggap sebagai bekerja. Satu Resit Resmi akan dikeluarkan untuk bayaran yang telah dibuat terdahulu.

Notis ini akan berkuatkuasa mulai 1hb. Februari , 1999.
