SUBMARINE CABLE REPAIR WORKS -MALACCA STRAIT

  1. Mariners are advised that the following vessel will be carrying out a submarine cable repair works at position :-

    Latitude 02°50.0 North

    2. Longitude 101°15.4 East

    From 9th. November until 26th. November 1998.

Flag : Port Klang

The above vessel will be using four point mooring system and will be marked with anchor buoys .This operation will be carried out 24 hours daily.

3. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution and to keep a minimum distance of 500m or more clear of working area.
