OFFSHORE OPERATIONS IN THE SOUTH CHINA SEA.


1. Mariners are advised that offshore operations will be carried out between 15 June 1998 - 31 July 1999 for the installation and commissioning of oil platforms,submarine pipelines and drilling operations in the following locations:

    'Malong'    4°36.5' N 104°48.6'E

    'Sotong'    4°52.7' N 104°46.6'E

    'Anding'    4°43.8' N 104°53.2'E

2. Mariners are advised to navigate with particular caution when in the vicinity.
