1. To conduct Seafarers Certificate of Competency Examination at least twice a year for each grade;

2. To issue Certificates of Competency within 30 days from the date the results are declared;

3. To process Port Clearance within two hours after receiving application;

4. To distribute Marine Notices to listed recipients within 7 working days from the date of receipt of information;

5. To issue Modular Course Certificates within 7 working days from the date of receipt of information;

6. To inspect and issue Ship’s Statutory Certificate within 7 working days;

7. To issue Ship’s Certification and Boat License within 7 days from the date of application;

8. To conduct Ship’s Safety and Management System audits within 30 days from the date of application;

9. To issue and endorse of Full Term Documentation Compliance Certicate (ISM Code) within 7 days from date of the last non-conformity;

10. To ensure the availability of lighthouses is at least 99% in a year;

11. To ensure the availability of beacons is at least 98% in a year;

12. To ensure the availability of buoys is at least 97% in a year;
