1.    Before licensing, the letter, numbers and name of each boat shall be appropriately marked and painted in white or in black, which shall not be less than 100 mm in height and of appropriate breadth.

 

2.    The marking should be permanently and conspicuously marked on both side of the bow and the stern. The permanent number of a boat with the following arrangements :-

 

ABC 12345 D

D                 =       Trade Designation Code

 

3.    No other markings are to be included in the marking area other than those above specified.
